HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Great question! About one week. We are working hard to reduce delivery as much as possible. As soon as we receive your details we enter the voucher with Service NSW. We dispatch as soon as we get the go ahead from Service NSW that your details are correct and the voucher is valid. Peak periods and COVID restriction may also delay delivery to up to two weeks.


CAN I GET A REFUND?

Service NSW doesn’t allow us to take returns but products that arrive damaged will be replaced with a like-for-like product. Just contact our customer service team: hello@megacreative.com.au (please include a photo).

Orders lost in transit as a result of incorrect address information will not be replaced.

I WANT A KIT BUT I'M NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER. WHAT CAN I DO?
